Consultancy sites frequently default to credential-heavy copy that fails to communicate actual methodology. Prospects needed to understand not just what AP Strategies does, but how they think.
Approach
We restructured content around engagement types rather than service categories, making it easier for prospective clients to self-identify their need and find a relevant entry point. Case studies were foregrounded.
Outcome
A content-driven portal with improved information architecture, a clear pathway to contact, and a case study framework the internal team could populate independently.
