Cafecito is a specialty roaster with a distinct cultural identity. The goal was an e-commerce platform that felt as intentional and hand-crafted as the product itself.

Problem

Most coffee e-commerce templates prioritize product grids over story. Cafecito's differentiation lives in provenance and craft — the site needed to lead with narrative before conversion.

Approach

We built a story-first layout that introduced origin, process, and community before the shop. Product pages were designed to function as editorial features, with roast notes surfaced as primary content.

Outcome

A Shopify-integrated site that reduced bounce on product pages and increased average order value by surfacing bundle options within the narrative flow.
